Standard shipping for small home accessories takes 3-5 business days. For larger furniture pieces, please allow 7-14 business days as we use specialized white-glove carriers to ensure your items arrive safely.
What is your return policy for home decor?
We offer a 30-day return window for most items in their original packaging. Please note that custom-made furniture and final sale items are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged.
Are your materials sustainably sourced?
Yes, at Chia, we prioritize eco-friendly manufacturing. Our wood is FSC-certified, and we use organic textiles and non-toxic finishes across our entire home collection.
Do you offer assembly services for large furniture?
Many of our larger pieces include complimentary White Glove Delivery, which includes room-of-choice placement and full assembly. Check the 'Shipping' tab on the product page to see if your item qualifies.
